Description
- الإشراف على تنظيم عمل الخدمات الصيدلانية والإشراف عليها، وضمان تلقي المرضى أدوية تناسب احتياجاتهم العلاجية والوقائية وفق المعايير الدولية الملائمة.
- الإشراف العام على أداء الكادر الصيدلاني ومتابعة الخطط التشغيلية وتقديم التقارير الدورية وتزويد المعنيين بنتائج أدائها وفق نظام إدارة الأداء المعتمد.
- الإشراف على التخطيط والتطوير لممارسة مهنة الصيدلة ووضع الأنظمة والمعايير والضوابط والسياسات التي تحكم ممارستها وضمان تماشيها مع الأهداف الإستراتيجية لوزارة الصحة ووفقا لأفضل الممارسات العالمية.
- الإشراف على عمل إصدار اللوائح، الأوامر، النظم والدلائل الإرشادية الخاصة بالصيدلة، واقتراح السياسة الدوائية وتحديث وتوحيد جميع السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالصيدليات.
- الإشراف على إعداد ورفع تقارير دورية كمية ونوعية عن مدى استهلاك المرافق الصحية للأدوية.
Main tasks:
Supervising the organization and supervision of the work of pharmaceutical services, and ensuring that patients receive medications that suit their therapeutic and preventive needs according to appropriate international standards.
General supervision of the performance of the pharmaceutical staff, following up on operational plans, submitting periodic reports, and providing those concerned with the results of their performance according to the approved performance management system.
Supervising the planning and development of the practice of the pharmacy profession, setting systems, standards, controls, and policies that govern its practice and ensuring its alignment with the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Health and in accordance with the best international practices.
Supervising the issuance of regulations, orders, systems, and guidelines related to pharmacy, proposing drug policy, and updating and unifying all policies and procedures related to pharmacies.
Supervising the preparation and submission of periodic quantitative and qualitative reports on the extent of consumption of medicines by health facilities.
